Quality Engineer

Location: Alhambra, CA

Responsibilities:

Monitor outsource contract manufacturers' performance and quality.
Qualify new material suppliers and contract manufacturers (CMs).
Perform CMs and supplier audits.
Issue SCAR and PCN to CMs and customers.
Ability to work flexible hours to cover CMs in different time zones.

Other Requirements:

3 to 5 years experience in quality control or related work.
Some knowledge of semiconductor laser and packaging reliability.
Ability to speak and write Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
MS Office experience, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Bachelor's Degree or above education.
