High Speed Optical Transceiver Design Engineer

O-Net Communications is one of the leading optical component suppliers in the world. We are opening an R&D center in Sunnyvale, CA and looking for a high speed optical transceiver design engineer.

As an optical transceiver design engineer, you will conduct the following tasks

Design high-speed optical transceivers, including schematics, PCB layout, and verification. Experience using Cadence or equivalent circuit design and simulation tools required.

Develop evaluation boards and test fixtures. Evaluate optical and high-speed electrical components. Experience in RF design using ADS preferred.

Minimum 7 years experience from prototype to volume production required

Highly self-motivated team player with a strong multi-disciplinary background. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

MS in electrical engineering.
