Title: Program Manager Position Summary:
Responsible for the Planning, Monitoring and Controlling of complex programs to ensure customer requirements are met along with DRS-CCI’s business objectives. Will be DRS-CCI’s key representable at customer IPT(s) and lead day-to-day program execution. Will report to the Director of Programs.
Duties and Responsibility:
· Perform variance analysis of schedule and cost on a formal and informal basis and present them to senior management (i.e. earned value management system)
Basic Qualifications (include education and years of experience required):
· Experience throughout the program lifecycle from development through sustainment to include: proposal development, requirements decomposition, generation of system and subsystem statements of work and subcontracts, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts including implementation cost reduction and performance improvement efforts
Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge: · Program Management Certification · Master’s Degree in Business · Experience with Primavera · Knowledge and experience with Nuclear Power Plants · Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting; experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program progress, productivity and variance analysis · Experience in managing aerospace/defense projects as a prime or sub-contractor to a domestic or foreign military organization
This position could require the ability to obtain and retain any applicable security clearances, including interim security clearances, within a time period to be established by the Company
