Principal Opto-Mechanical Engineer
Requirements:
* BS in Mechanical Engineering, MS preferred
* 13 years of experience in precision optics and opto-mechanical systems for aerospace & military defense applications is required
* Expert knowledge in 3D CAD & Analytical tools including Finite Element Analysis processing (FEMAP) and codes (NASTRAN)
* Opto-Mechanical hardware design experience utilizing structured engineering process from requirement definition through design, development, and testing.
* Expert mechanical analysis background including tolerancing, thermal, structural (modal, stress, deflection)
* Strong leadership skills are an inflexible requirement
